Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the enchanting landscape of Kandy, the Trees offers a modern take on luxury accommodation, marrying functionality with aesthetic appeal. My stay encompassed well-appointed rooms featuring air conditioning and essential amenities, including an electric kettle and free Wi-Fi. Each morning began with a captivating view of Kandy Lake from my room, setting the tone for the day. The hotel boasts a rooftop infinity pool, an ideal spot for relaxation; However, it is worth noting the limited service availability, particularly regarding beverage orders. Staff efficiency was commendable-Asanka, for instance, stood out for his attentiveness to guests' needs. Housekeeping ensured cleanliness throughout my stay, reflecting the management's commitment to guest satisfaction. Considering the luxurious atmosphere and picturesque surroundings, the Trees offers substantial value for its price range, particularly for those prioritizing views and a serene environment. With minor service adjustments, this hotel could elevate its standing significantly, making it a wise choice for discerning travellers seeking comfort in Kandy.
